Disable Windows 10 Search Bar

I recently did a clean install of windows 10 and while I'm reasonably happy with everything, there is one feature that I would like to turn off but I can't seem to find out how to do it.

I've disabled cortana and removed the search bar from the toolbar, however I would also like to be able to remove the search bar from the windows explorer windows. I used to be able to do this in windows 7 but it doesn't look like the same setting is available to disable it.

Here's a picture of the search bar I want to disable, any help would be appreciated.
