Disable TV-on-demand on ATI MMC 9.13

I'm using ATI Multimedia Center 9.13 and while watching analog TV the display is very sluggish and choppy. I suspect this is due to TV-on-demand. Is there a way to disable TV on demand for an analog NTSC tuner source? It automatically disables it with S-Video (it notifies me that it's not recommended), and S-Video is a lot faster. Am I just blind or is there no option to disable TV-on-demand for analog cable?
