Disable NCQ?

I heard disabling NCQ on the new seagate drives can improve performance if your not using a board that supports NQC, so im wondering how do you disable it?
Anyone using a DFI Lanparty UT NF3 S754 and a new seagate drive?

I dont think NCQ would be enabled if the mobo doesnt support it . . . . . . . . . .
