hi,

recently i purchased a huawei 3G modem (E303C)

after installation of dialing software (mobile partner)
it starts up everytime. even though the automatic startup is disabled.
(there is no option to disable startup logo, which delays startup)

i tried msconfig, startup manager of glary utility, ccleaner startup manager
(no new version of mobile partner is available, using windows 7 sp1 64)

useless.
grr!!

any ideas guys????
