How can I disable shortcuts or hotkeys when typing a message or post in IE7?

Sometimes I start typing away too fast, and especially in a long post, will accidentally hit a key combo that causes everything I typed to be long gone. Might be a "Back" to previous page combo or something. I don't use any hotkeys/shortcut key combo's anyway, so it is just in the way of my bad typing.
