Disable headset in windows 8.1

Hello my friends,
In Control Panel ==> Sound , i disable Headset output and then automatic remove from list.
Now i want enable it. How to do?

Step 1 is as ArisVer says - connect the device (headphones.) Then go to Device Manager and Add a Device. The PC should find your headphones.
