Disable Goback when HD disk to disk copy?

Is it necessary to disable GoBack when copying one hard drive to another? This would be a disk to disk copy only, using Maxblast, and not an image. It copies fine with GoBack disabled, but I'd prefer not to disable it if I don't need to. TIA

The new HDD would have the same copy of GoBack installed; it's a 1:1 copy.

I understand this. However, it takes a good chunk of time to disable and to re-enable GoBack. Will my copy be successful if I don't disable GoBack. Maybe I'm being anally retentive, but I think you're saying it's not necessary to disble.

I can't imagine why you would.
