Disable Directory Browsing in Apache?

I googled it and it said to remove the 'Indexes" from the following line in my httpd.conf file:

Options Indexes Includes FollowSymLinks

But when I looked in my .conf file it was already removed yet I can still get a directory index.

Ideas?

But where is that line? It should be inside of a Location or Directory block.
