disable auto sleep mode in W2k and XP

Is there a way to prevent W2k and XP from going into sleep mode? (basically to the ctrl-alt-del login screen to unlock in W2k and the profile selection screen in XP)

I have turned off all power settings in the power management window. (never, never, never selected) and do not have a screen saver selected but still if the computer sits for 15 min or so it will bump down into this sleep mode where moving the mouse wakes it up and prompts you to ctrl-alt-del if using W2k or choose a user to log on with if it is XP.

Thanks,

Have you tried turning off hibernation(enabled by default in XP, I believe)? I'm not sure if waking it up takes you back to login prompt, but it's worth a shot.

If that doesn't work you can try disabling all power saving options in BIOS.

Edit-> Another thing you could try is unchecking "prompt for password when computer resumes from standby" under the advanced tab. That doesn't really solve the problem. It would get rid of the annoyance of having to relogon .
