Disable Alt+Tab

How can I disable alt+tab? I tried the registry edit of CoolSwitch, but its no good.

and I DO want to do this I have my reasons.

There is a power toy that replaces the normal ALT+Tab thingy... I bet its some API call that you use to hook it and you could do it in a simple vb app. Check msdn.microsoft.com.
