So i just did the x-games Asia races. Totally killed the first two races (Malaysia and China), but i placed second in the x-cross (hate those races--why do they always start you off in 8th position?) and second overall. How does that work? 1st, 1st, and 2nd (behind by 0.5 seconds) equals second overall? Also, what use is having so much money? I think i have 3.5 million. Also, whats up with the "time qualifier" (or whatever its called) where you set up your car? I cant find any settings that make it handle like the default during racing. I also find it odd that they totally skipped DX10. DX9 for consoles and DX11 for PC?

It depends on how many points you had. The driver beat you had more points than you did.

The money is pretty pointless. There are no upgrades, so they seem to just toss it at you in boat loads so you have plenty to buy whatever car you want and all of the packages that you need for different race types.

I don't know what you're talking about with the time qualifier or handling settings.

They skipped DX10 because DX11 is everything that DX10 is and more. DX11 is backwards compatible with DX10, so why would you waste your time coding with an old structure when you could use the new structure that's compatible with the old one and has quite a few more features?
