DiRT - How demanding is this game?

Does anyone have the PC version of DiRT, and can offer some insight into how demanding this game is? How are the framerates?

From reading the GS review, it's apparently pretty taxing, even on a decent system.

Your system should manage it playable though.

Depending on the resolution, it will handle it pretty well. My x2 3800+ @2.5ghz, and a 8800gts 320mb runs it at 30fps, at high settings. It only slows down when playing against computer AI, but I hate those races anyways

Runs well (though not fantastic) on my E6400 with a 8800GTS 640 and 2 GB of RAM.

(This is the Demo though).

It should run fine on your system but it sure doesn't on mine! It doesn't run at all on mine, sadly.

Runs great on my system (in sig) for the most part, but chugs when there is a full grid (of opponents), so it should really run great on your system.
