Maybe those topics can help shed some light on it, as all I know is 9.0C is a requirement for running games (meaning Farcry) with SM3.0, whatever use that has...

I have actually noticed a slight slowdown in Battlefield Vietnam this week, and had to turn my GFX settings down... not sure if that was the DirectX update or the game's patch. Anyone else notice a change in their games?
