I got that same exact error, but with another update.

Here's what you do.

Start Button>Run>Type: services.msc

Check and make sure that the Cryptography Service is set to manual, if not right click it and click properties and then set it to manual in there. Then right click on it again and click Start to activate the service. This should fix your problem.

BTW, Dont make random modifications in your services unless you know what you are doing.

This worked for me but It might not work for you, give it a shot! 🙂

I used Black Viper's thing also, made that same mistake. No problem. 🙂
