This is my issue buried in another thread, thought it would be OK to start this as a seperate topic, it may help someone else down the road as well.
D/L The latest DirectX 9.0c (October, 7 days old) and keep getting an uncomplete installation followed by the error log below. I'm trying to reinstall because I'm getting many programs that say I dont have DX 9.0c installed even know DXDIAG shows that its installed.
If any of you can take a crack at this, I'd really appreciate it. Should I try a SafeMode install?
DirectX ERROR after installing d/l from above, log below:
Everything was closed, only a couple of things in the taskbar, this is a prestine (was 😀 ) system, should I try installing in safemode perhaps?
