directx 9 questions

ok.....here's the question......i have a gainward geforce4 ti4200(4x agp version)......should i upgrade to directx 9?...or should i just leave it at 8.1?....pros and cons of each?....thnx in advance

cons, you cant go back

Similar performance I believe
