Is there a conclusive list of the new titles that utilize Direct X 9.0?

Is there an 8.1 list?

Just ordered a 9600 Pro...want to put it to good use.

Rise of Nations comes packaged w/ DX9... Don't know if it actually uses any of the effects.
Call of Duty has DX9b with it... Could it possibly be using any?

Doom 3 is opengl, not directx.

I saw a demo for Half Life 2 and the graphics/envirnonment interaction is pretty cool. Thing is, my friend has Max Payne 2, and there is a lot of that as well. You can look through the curtains... it's translucent so they cover up a lot, the bodies fall differently depending how u shoot, but it has a very realistic feel to it.

Is there a direct comparison between 8.1 visuals and 9.0 visuals of the same thing? (water, light, reflection, transpaprency effects..etc)?
