I recently upgraded from a Athlon X4 760k to a 7870k. I was originally going to buy a 870k but coupled with its unavailability and forthcoming dx12 native games I though a powerful iGPU couldn't hurt.
What games are upcoming that can benefit from this technology? I've seen the Ashes of Singularity footage advertising this technology.
Would the 7870k provide a noticeable benefit over just the 260x in this context? I was originally planning on waiting for zen and doing a full system overhaul but I found a 7870k locally for only $100.
