Directv - Is there a charge to change premium channel package?

I had HBO, but all they show is old movies so I switched to cinemax using the online account management. Wow, took less than a minute and now I'm watching Cinemax. So what's stopping me from
changing between the different premium channel when I see a movie that interest me?
 
If in doubt, call them.

I know that they charged me $5 when I cancelled the local channels but that was a few years ago.
