DirecTV dropping G4 as of November 1st, call to support G4!

G4 is only asking DirecTV 4 the same basic deal as past 3 yrs. DirecTV is claiming to not see value in G4.

If you have DTV and want to keep G4, call 1-888-9-WeAreG4 and let DTV know you want to keep G4.

lol yea I don't watch it at all. Only time I've watched it was when they had some of the E3 stuff going on. Otherwise I don't watch them.

G4 is to gaming what SyFy is to science fiction -- almost but not entirely unrelated.

Maybe they'll replace it with the Cops channel, so no one will notice the difference.

Wow, had no clue about this till I saw this thread. Not a big G4 watcher. I like Attack of The Show (in part because of all the nice female eye candy) but I wont hurt that much if it goes. Still, would rather have it then not have it. Although, not something I would leave DTV for.

basically,, if it's not on the torrents, It's not worth watching..

The extra step of someone who thinks a "specific piece of content" should be shared on the internet makes it marginally better than what the TV-exects decide to cram into the fall season..

I didn't say how much better,, but chances areee better..
