DirecTV charging me for BabyTalk TV

DirecTV kinda ticked me off. They put things on the bill that we don't want and don't know how they got there. I'm not the one who handles the bills, but I checked one out today and saw we were being charged for something called BabyTalk TV. There is no way anyone here ordered that, not even accidentally. No one in the household is under 20, and I'm the only one who talks with DirecTV people. So I called them up and they didn't even know what the hell it was. Apprently they've been charging us $5 a month since October for it though. So, I got it canceled, but still not satisfied so I emailed them, told them the situation and they said they could only credit me back for the last 2 months. So, that's something. But, still not satisfied because I think it's still their fault that I got charged at all. I don't know how this could of happened.

They have also charged in the past for other channels we didn't order, like a couple months out of the blue they charged us for Showtime for no reason, we've never had or wanted Showtime before that. Overall I like DirecTV for it's programming and such though, but they keep putting these bogus charges on my bill for no reason.

So does the dispute end here or should I complain more and see if I can get free HBO for 6 months or something like that?

Who the hell's been checking the bill since October? Nobody noticed the baby tv charge? Do you normally not look at bills to see what you're getting charged?
If so, I can make up some official looking bills and send them to you and you can blindly send me money as well.

Uh, time to switch to another service, methinks, if they're screwing up your billing and services on a regular basis. Why give them your money and reward them for incompetence?

Dude, it's April!!! Why the hell did it take so long for you to catch the error? You need to add your account to Directv.com, so you will get an email anytime a change is made to your account. I thought it was a dumb idea, but it sounds like it's taylor made for people like you.
