We have Direct TV. About 6months ago the TV in the living room didn't have a picture. I switched boxes and still no picture. Call Direct TV they send a tech out, he installs a fancy new box and says thats the problem. The TV works.

Fast forward to a couple days ago, same TV, no picture, swap the one of the old boxs for the new on and both then work on different TVs. So what seems to be the problem with this TV and why does it eat boxs, or is it time to switch to Dish since our year is about up.
 
The TV doesn't have anything to do with it, it simply receives the signal from the box.

I've had DirecTv for a while now w/ no problems. Although it is a tad pricey
 
I do realize the TV doesn't have anything to do with it. Its just odd that its this tv and not the other ones.
