Our company at present is a bit short handed, and I manage a website, that is in desperate need of some emarketing personal to run it, but in the mean time I'm trying to do some homework on the subject.

Can someone please shed some light into "Affliate Resources", as well as 7search.com?

Are the affliate and pay per click tools good things?
