Directory Opus help... HELP!!!

So I just got directory Opus right. I install it and go and enter in my online purchase key. It goes thru all is well. I restart, I have to enter in my key and register again. Whats the deal with that? And on top of that my key doesn't work now. It says its bad.


What to do?
