Direct X Problem

Every single program I open has an error that says

Bad Image

The application or DLL C:\WINDOWS\system32\ddraw.dll is not a valid Windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette.

It won't let me run a couple of programs and keeps annoying the hell out of me.

What version of DirectX do you have? Did it come with a game or from MS.com? Try downloading the latest version (9.0c April IIRC). Did this just start, or has it been doing it a while? What programs are having problems? Did you run the diagnostics (start->run->dxdiag)?

Actually, I just replaced that file in the directory and it works fine now. Thx anyways. I was running the Direct X 9c that came with my BF2.
