Direct Connect: How do you find hubs?

Well? Im fairly new to direct connect so finding hubs is being hard to find.. Either tell me how or pm me a good hub or two

In my experience, just share a lot and you can get into the hubs where people are serious and not just leechers. I try to stay out of any hub with less than 30 gb required share and 300+ people.

You are hitting the public hubs list right? Well, VT divx is good.

I dont even know where the public hubs list is... if I did I wouldnt post here haha

Ok, then launch direct connect -> click connect (top left), on the right side there should be a public button -> that loads the list of servers

blasted... it still doesnt want to load it says connecting.. then disconnected from hub
thats it...
what the heck Im not running a router... no firewall.. and I turned off the one in xp too i think!

Sometimes hubs just wont let you connect. VTDivx is almost always full, and that might be what is going on. Try to get into a smaller hub where there is plenty of room, if just to make sure it is working.
