DIP Switches on the X1900?

Can't seem to find much discussion on them. You can see them in the picture here, they're just to the right of the square portion of the retention bracket. Kinda brownish-looking with 2 little white blots. Those are the switches. The whole thing has a little piece of protective film over it, that's why it looks brown. Presumably it's there to keep the switches from getting flipped by accident. Looks like another miscellaneous piece of electronics untill you look at it more closely.

Any ideas?

it's probably either controlling wether it uses the mac/pc bios(like on the mac/pc 9600 or wether the tv output signal is NTSC or Pal(like on the other cards)

It's to choose NTSC or PAL. BTW do you happen to know whether the all-in-wonder have a DIP switch like that? I have been googling it forever to no avail.
