Stuff looks and smells exactly like dog food. Not sure if I'm getting my dog good dog food or if I'm getting bad stew.

yah, that stuff is good.. but i think it's pretty damn expensive.. it's like what, $3.50 for a can of it?? dude, i can get a couple cans of soup (on sale) and some ramen for that money.. it's good though...

and i do agree, it looks like dog food.... but i personally dont' care what something looks like.. you can shape chocolate mousse to look like a log of sh!t.. but it'll still taste like chocolate mousse

When my wife and I used to put around in our 1974 VW Westfalia Campomobile, we would keep cans of Dinty Moore Beef Stew in the cubbards because we could easily crack open the can, heat it up on the burner, and then dump the can out onto our plates. VERY portable food. Great for camping.

There's a chicken and dumplings that's the same way. Sweet Sue, I believe.

Those were the good ol' days. The van actually ran, We didn't have a kid to keep track of..... *sigh*

Now, we only get to eat like that if there's a hurricane. 😉

man when i was living off campus by myself i had to buy them for ~$2.50 a can and they're on sale. i was so cheap back then, i eat the can for like 3 days (along with some other veggies) over some rice for dinner.

it was a good diet. i lost 10 pounds by living off campus.
