Hi,

I wonder if there exists DIMMs which have both.

AMD EXPO Profile @ 6000MHz (or faster)
JEDEC 5200MHz ("standard" according to AMD with 2 dimms)

For example Kingston 6000MHz modules seem to have JEDEC at 4800Mhz. For other manufacturers it is difficult ot find *exact* spefications.

I would like to use only one SKU for both office business type PCs (JEDEC) and gaming/workstation PCs (EXPO).

To my knowledge, I don't know of a memory kit that exists that is DDR5-6000 (EXPO or XMP) with a JEDEC DDR5-5200 profile, though it's possible that they may exist but most (XMP/EXPO) memory does not advertise or list in the specifications the maximum supported JEDEC profile programmed into them. This is not DDR5-6000 (EXPO/XMP) but if you are want 32GB of RAM this may be the closest thing you are looking for unless there actually is a DDR5-6000 (XMP or EXPO) kit with a JEDEC DDR5-5200 profile that exists:

I have a B650 motherboard that enables the end user to reprogram the SPD of the DIMMs via bios menu. This is the first time I've ever seen or heard of this feature on any motherboard.

So in effect the end user could set up there own 5200MHz profile for JEDEC spec if they liked from the 4800MHz standard. Do this with a high end 6000MHz + kit & one can have their cake & eat it too.230730121228 - Copy.jpg

Is that saved to the actual DIMM's, or a profile in the BIOS?
Don't know, I've never tried it. It looks like its saved to the SPD of the DIMM cause' you can save all that to a bios profile anyway without touching this part of the bios menu.

Gigabyte has come out of nowhere to seize the DDR5 tuning crown. They must have snatched a top engineer from one of the memory manufacturers.

Yeah, its like having that Thaiphoon burner app built into the bios. Reckon they have a hardcore enthusiast working in their bios dev team.

Sadly, most enthusiast grade modules use some stupidly low compatibility JEDEC profile, which for DDR5 seems to be consistently 4800 MHz. The irony is that Kingston has its Value line where it does have higher JEDEC profiles, but they don't have XMP nor EXPO, nor has heatsink at all.
Check these Kingston Value KVR56U46BS6-8, with a 5600 MHz JEDEC. The Fury Beast that are 5600/6000 has it as a XMP or EXPO profile with a 4800 MHz JEDEC. It is surprisingly rare to find something that is both high JEDEC AND XMP/EXPO.

Thanks for all the help. By chance i stumpled on this AMD page.

There seems to be one kit from TEAMGROUP. I ordered two kits for testing :)
FLABD532G6000HC38ADC01

It has :
JEDEC Timings:5200 / 42-42-42-84
Overclocked Timing:6000 / 38-38-38-78

I found one review with screenshots and indeed Jedec timings are there.

According to TEAMGROUP:

VULCANα DDR5 specially built for AMD Ryzen series processors and motherboards has passed the complete compatibility and stability tests of ASRock, ASUS, BIOSTAR, GIGABYTE, AND MSI MOTHERBOARD FACTORIES.

Those OC timings look like Samsung B die on those DIMMs.
