Anybody else having trouble connecting to Dimes, or their server (to send results)?
Do they have the kind of infrastructure required to handle success?

Thanks Greg. This is good news. Unfortunately after Monday I will have to pull the plug on my Dimes crunching. I got the dreaded Policy violation from Cox HSI. :(

True. Looks like either it's just FREE-DC, or a bunch of teams changed their names all at once. :|

It looks ok now. Seems that a couple of newly created teams just messed the tables up.

My LAN is down, along with the comp doing DIMES. The only comp off the LAN does Win 98SE - which can not run DIMES :(

I see the DIMES stats servers are once again operational so you shouldn't have any troubles with a new installation or adding additional agents. :)

Great news, mondo. You 'da man! :D :wine:

And to think you named a system after me. :p :)

Is anyone else having problems with their dimes clients doing traceroute using udp? I have 2 clients that are doing all traceroutes using udp and their is nothing that I can do to change it back to imcp. it tries to hit 4 ports, 33435 through 33438.

Yikes... Here comes the hoards... :) Go Mondo...

Looks like this is becoming a quite popular project here. Guess my stats are going to be short lived... (Now where did I put that other computer...)

Hey dringdahl don't know if you noticed but fad is shutting down next month so we are all getting ready to move on to other projects.

... um ... er ... ah ...

Computers run on smoke. When the smoke gets out the computers seem to always stop working. I know of no one that has found a way to get the smoke back in ... but I am sure there are some out there working on it ;)
