Dimensioning LCD Screen

Hi I bought a used AOC 712SA LCD Monitor. So, I was wondering if it is common to be able to dimension their screen like in the CRT monitors?? Like spinning it from the base, raising, lower it... Is there any way? Because there are some things behind the monitor but I can't seen to figure out.
