The little light on the motherboard turns on, you go to power it on and it will not turn on at all.
I did some research and it looks like the dell takes a standard wired PSU, tried another PSU, the light turns on but we get no power when I attempt to turn it on.
I tried getting it to power on with only the PSU and the CPU plugged in, will not turn on, beep or anything.
Got another motherboard, exact match that is supposed to be good and it will not turn on either.
I have tested the Dell PSU with a power supply tester, it comes on no problem.
I have tested some other CPU's on the board, will not power on.
I will admit I do not know for sure if those other CPU's are good or not but I tried 3 different ones and it will not power on.
I have tried using a screwdriver to get the board to come on, nothing seems to work there.
What do you think both boards are bad? CPUs are bad?
