It's not going to matter. PICK one, you'll never see or feel any difference. They both are very good drives.Oh thank you, However, this applies to 256 GB version![]()
And if are in the same price?
Crucial / Micron employs more US residents. Micron / Intel NAND might even be made in the US, as they have a couple US manufacturing sites.
Both have similar track records on quality and such, so I'd choose Crucial based on that.
How is buying an all American product "the best advice in here" on an international forum?Best advice in here. I wish people would look at the big picture once in a while instead of one drive having a 'toolbox' or starting windows .5 seconds faster.

Exactly. People that live in a small world and need to get a passport. There's a couple points on that.
You should always buy the best product- unless you want a lower quality product next year. Buying inferior product is never good for the market.
Not to mention the adage "never be loyal to anything that's not loyal to you", and the flag, and a nation- is not. Xenophobic nationalism is for fools- and if that's your last vestige to save a dying economy, rather than the best products- it's not going to work.
If you don't create piles of crap and try to sell it- the Koreans will buy your product too. I heard Apples doing well.
Not to mention, the world are our neighbors.![]()
I will buy Samsung
Thx for answers !
If buying products manufactured by your own countrymen in order to help your own neighbors feed their family is xenophobic nationalism is for fools then maybe we should all be a little foolish.
Anyways, buy whichever drive is cheapest because the performance difference is negligible.
