Listen to the man who foresaw what would happen
http://www.cnn.com/videos/tv/2016/1...bert-creator-scott-adams-lead-tapper-intv.cnn

He's better in long form on periscope, 4 minute main stream news really doesn't cut it.

Whether you like it or not, he's changed and destroyed both parties, and destroyed the media, as was deserved.

You may not like it, but many were likely saved from themselves. 8 years of Clinton would have swung the pendulum so far that the one who came after that might actually have been the "literally hitler" everyone is currently "literally shaking" about.

Good lord, I care as much about what Scott Adams has to say as I do about what Beyonce has to say.

I have to agree with brycejones. His arguments usually boils down to "Heads I win, tails you lose" in which Trump can never lose. They are intriguing at first (kind of like how conspiracy theories are) but I quickly learned that they are not very insightful or interesting.

You learned absolutely nothing. You had a knee jerk emotional reaction along the lines of "It's not what I want to hear, so I'm having none of it!"

You closed your mind to learning something new because it doesn't feel good when it doesn't fit with what you think you already know. Not only that, but you also managed to convince yourself that you not only learned something, but you learned enough to know everything you will ever need to know about a man you know next to nothing about.

All of this happened on a subconscious level that runs faster than your conscious mind can keep up, leaving you completely unaware of it.

Poor bastard is bearing the brunt of the shoot the messenger fallacy. Speaking engagements drying up, people 1 star reviewing his book over Trump, and throwing shade on him in general. So much for tolerance eh?

Well, if you're going to treat all opposing views as valid, and having to give them the same respect as genuinely valid, moral, educated views 'n' such 'n' so forth, that's just being, *achem*, "Politically Correct".

It would be like having to afford a group of astrologers the same authority as NASA, because doing otherwise would be intolerant.

You're free to say whatever you like, but not free o' the social repercussions.

The social repercussions for most speech you don't like should just be a "f*ck you" and walk away.

What 'progressives' like yourself call "social repercussions" is scorched earth.
Job loss, total ostracisation, villainification, homelessness, family breakup, etc.

You're not "tolerant" - progressives are the worst tyrants and fascists of the bunch -- all while claiming to be against fascists and tyrants. Cognitive dissonance to the extreme.
