I'm running into a problem with Digital Video in Macromedia's Director. I'm attempting to use an AVI file that was created using MGI's "Video Wave".
The program with the embedded video runs perfect on most computers, but some give an error message "Correct decompressor not found" and either won't run the video, or runs only the sound of the video (no picture). Again, this has happened on only 2 of 12 test systems.
Has anyone seen this before? Remedies? There's no help on the Macromedia pages.
