I'm going to be using a high end sony digital betacam (http://bpgprod.sel.sony.com/model.bpg?cat=Videotape+Recorders&subcat=Digital+Betacam&model=DVW500P%2fFLX)to capture video using an osprey 500 video card.
Is it possible with digital video to capture from a pal source (tape) to an ntsc output (the osprey card only supports ntsc)? Are the formats for digital video similar to analog?
