DIGITAL VIBRANCE CONTROL (DVC) - Image sharpening for ATI?

I really need this option, can someone point me to a program to enable this (if possible) on an ati card?

NVIDIA DIGITAL VIBRANCE CONTROL (DVC) 3.0

* DVC color controls
* DVC image sharpening controls

----------
Anything similar for an ATI card (X800XT) ?

Thanks!

ATI has no digital vibrance control support. What do you "need" it for anyway? You generally calibrate your display, rather than tweak your card, but if you "need" DV, you "need" a nvidia card.

ATI has chosen to bury its head in the sand on this.

People have been asking for this feature for years.

Makes the colors are less accurate if that's important. Color accuracy means nothing to me, so I set my DV to about 25% and I love it.

I don't need the Color vibrance

I need the Image Sharpening option that I have with my 7800GTX

Image Sharpening ON with CRT monitors (21") makes the text much easier to read, almost like an LCD panel

Hmm...never thought about that. I never bothered to try the image sharpening back when I had a CRT, I wonder if it would have made a difference to my eyes. Obviously that option doesn't look too good on an LCD 😛
