Digital TV tuners users?

hi all...

i have a Aver tv DVB-T (digital tv tuner) and it uses around 40% of cpu time on an Athlon XP3200+ (paired with a geforce 4 4200).

I was wondering if all digital tv tuners have high usage or if others do most of the processing on the card itself...
