Digital Substations in Vista Media Center

Is there a way to view HD substations in Vista Media Center? When I used ATI's software under XP I could get to them, but in MCE I can't even manually type in the channel number.

I'm not familiar with Vista Media Center, but in XP Media Center;

Settings>Guide>Add Missing Channels>Add DTV Channel>Type in the DTV channels #'s you want to add.
