Digital Playback Audio Player?

Does anyone know audio player software that supports digital playback for audio?
What I mean by digital playback is the audio track is read thru the IDE cable, instead of the ordinary analog cable. It uses the CDDA technique.
I know ACD Gold Audio Player does this.
Any others ?
