Digital Picture Frame - Software Suggestions?

I have an OLD laptop - Pentium 75! I'm thinking about ripping it apart and turning it into a digital picture frame, but I can't find any good software that will allow me to:

1) Upload pictures via network

2) Dynamically update picture listings (w/o restarting)

3) Run when Windows starts

4) Possibly play music and/or movies too.


Anyone have any suggestions?
