I took some pics of BMW's brand-new Z4 this morning. The dealer wasn't open for business, so I was just able to walk around it. The car seems more substantial than the Z3, but I can't say it looks a whole lot better in person than in photos. The interior design is kinda wacky too with the power window buttons seemingly hard to reach. Seating position does look improved, though.

I saw a Z4 at Santa Monica BMW the other day and I didn't like it at all. Bleeech!! :p

The last four digits of Hank Aaron BMW's phone number on the license plate is 0755 which is the number of home runs he hit. Pretty cool.

Never made that observation! Good job!

BTW, Hank is a nice guy. You can pretty much walk into the dealer any time during the week and meet him. I have, twice :)

Hank drives a 530i. Nothing too fancy. His dealership is doing well as it is the only BMW dealership on the southside of Atlanta (Union City). From what I understand, BMW approached him with the idea, but Hank invested all his own capital.

Edit: In his office in the dealership is a nice, glass-encased box of all 755 baseballs. Also, you get a signed baseball when you buy a car from his dealership.

Damn! It would be so cool to buy a car from one of my sport idols. It would have to be one great deal though.

I didn't like it until I saw the BMW film.

Now I do, so the film must've served its purpose.
