Digital Photo and Video recommendation

I would like to build a PC for editing digital photos (Photoshop CS4 w/64 bit Vista Ultimate) and in the very near future Blu-Ray videos. Can anyone give me some suggestions on a motherboard, CPU (quad core), and video card. I am not married to AMD or intel but I do prefer Nvidia graphics cards. I would like to be able to overclock using air cooling so I do not have to buy leading/bleeding edge components. I am not a big gamer so SLI is not a big issue.

It's been a long time since I built my own and the world has changed several times. My last build still runs great after 4 plus years but a 2.8 P4 on a Chaintech 9CJS Zenith clocked at 3.2 is getting a little long in the tooth powerwise.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Oh yeah, I would like to go one up on my current Gateway FX 530, QX6700 system without breaking the bank.

"QX6700 system"? Read this forum a bit more.
That CPU is old school now. You need a 45nm based processor.
