I find it hilarious how despite the fact that Renoir has I/O on die (doesn't scale with node, not dense) and less L3 cache than Matisse (Cache is extremely dense), Renoir is actually the most dense N7 product from AMD so far, at around 62MTr/mm^2 iirc.TSMC's density figures are clearly a pipe dream for GPUs.
Anyway, this is very impressive, what they packed into 360mm^2. 16 more CUs than Navi 10 with more features, a lot more uncore and 8 Zen 2 cores in a 44% bigger die.
But I'm going a bit off on a tangent here.
