Digital Doc 5 temperature setpoints?

Digital Doc newbie here....

I am installing a Digital Doc 5 and not quite sure what acceptable temperature ranges should be set for each channel. I have fans/sensors located:

1) DIrectly on Hard Drive cage (exhaust)
2) Directly on 5" drive bays (CD-RW, etc.) mounted on upper left panel of case
3) 2 CPU's HSF's
4) Directly above mobo mounted on lower right panel of case
5) Cross case flow (2-120mm intake on lower front, 1-120mm exhaust)
6) PSU fan

Do I need to set different temps for each area based on the hardware?
