digital doc 5 temp/fanspeed monitor

I have one, was great few years ago, now there are much better things out there

what I hated is my psu had some sortof a voltage problems which my motherboard didnt detect but my digital doc noticed it so it beeped every 2-3 minutes, very anoying, and thats why I dont use it anymore (dont realy need it anyways)
 
I was thinking of getting one considering that where I live it is almost 100 degrees everyday for most of the year. So you say there's better stuff these days? can you name some products?
