I'm looking for the best one in between 3-400 dollars. Any ideas?

you're gonna hard pressed to find a camera for $3

seriously though, I use this one and have been pretty happy with it. Next camera I get will have an optical zoom and USB.

If you get a camera without USB, be sure to consider the cost of a USB smartcard/compact flash reader. You'll spend FOREVER d/ling your pics.

I heard a lot of praises for the canon powershot s10.

Surely that's a mistake, right? There's gotta be an intermediate resolution between 640 & 1280...
