the first link looks a little bit like a toy.... i don't know how much i'd trust it.

That's a hunk of crap-to bracket the product in the common vernacular.

You can't even get a decent Digital Camera for that price let alone a DVC.

WHy not boost you budget up to $150 and find yourself a good 2 megapixel camera with a DVC built in???
