Digital camera to VCD?

I cannot afford any longer to print out all the darn pictures that I take with my camera and want to put them on a CD that can be looked at with a standard DVD palyer.
If I understand this right I have to convert the JPEG images that come from the camera to MPEG and then burn them to a cd with somekind of overlay format so the DVD can read them.

My burner will burn VCD images so what do I need for software to do what I want. I will pay for the software if I have to so free is not the only way I am willing to go.
Any advice will be appriciated.

Ulead DVD Picture Show will do the job. It was limited to 99 shows on a cd but you can put 99 images in each show. You can add music to each show and it supports mp3's too. Picture Show supports burning to cd's. Pretty simple to use.
Another program called Photo Album Designer from Neoimagic.com lets you create a photo album "file" with your images but it is only viewable on a computer. Good for sending photo cd's to relatives who have a computer. Supports audio too.

Good luck

Thank you
U Lead Picture show looks pretty good. They seem to have good programs I use some photo editing software from them and have been happy with that.

Thanks again
