Digital camera suggetions?

Looking for a new digital camera for simple pictures. I dont need a fancy SLR, just a compact one for everyday use. Heres what im interested in:

-Compact form, preferably a squarish design and relatively thin.
-Under $200 although I'm willing to go $250 if the deal is good
-Good picture quality (MP count isn't as important as long as the picture quality is good)

If still available, you might consider this one. Certainly cannot argue with the price.

If not, consider the Optio S4i or the S5i.

The deal is good but I'm not a fan of the shape of the camera, too long for my tastes.

I did A LOT of research before deciding on this camera, the Canon Powershot A510. Just got it yesterday, now I have to go out and get a 512mb card for it, the 16mb card it comes with is useless.
